About Us

"Every child has the potential to thrive and shine in their own unique way, especially with the right support."

Hi, I’m Dr. Stephanie Morris, a licensed clinical child psychologist! With a PhD in Child and Adolescent Clinical Science from Florida International University (FIU), I have dedicated my career to helping children and families navigate the complexities of growing up. From first steps to teenage years, I focus on understanding and addressing the unique challenges that kids face.

My work has centered on children with disruptive behaviors, like ADHD, and chronic health conditions, such as diabetes. Through my research, I’ve advanced the understanding of emotion regulation challenges and the effectiveness of medication and behavioral treatments, helping to improve approaches that support children’s well-being.

I gained pertinent experience during my internship at the Mailman Center for Child Development and Holtz Children’s Hospital at the University of Miami’s medical campus, where I worked with children with chronic health conditions and challenging behaviors. I then deepened my expertise in a hospital setting by completing a postdoctoral fellowship centered at Holtz Children’s Hospital, which gave me a comprehensive understanding of child development and the impact of health on behavior.

I’m passionate about helping kids thrive and supporting families through evidence-based, personalized care. Every child deserves to shine, and I’m here to help make that happen—one session at a time.
